PGAV Sponsors STEM Scholarship

Congratulations to Blake G., a student at Johnson County Community College pursuing a two-year degree in Drafting Technology. Blake is the recipient of a $1000 scholarship sponsored by PGAV as part of the college’s 2023 STEM Poster Symposium! Blake’s poster highlighted his work to delineate the peak runoff from a watershed that includes the JCCC campus. Blake was one of 11 JCCC students presented scholarships at a recent reception celebrating symposium participants and their exceptional STEM projects. Much of the work that went into the projects was accomplished in science labs recently renovated by PGAV. PGAV’s Chris Davis was on hand to present the scholarship to Blake and congratulate all scholarship recipients. Congratulations again to Blake. We wish him the best as he works toward his degree.
