Ameristar Black hawk Resort & Spa

In 2004, Ameristar acquired a casino in Black Hawk, Colorado. The interior’s soaring ceilings, timber beams, slate floors and massive stone fireplaces were reminiscent of a historic lodge in one of the West’s national parks.
To expand Ameristar’s offerings at Black Hawk, PGAV completed a comprehensive renovation of the casino and added a 32-story tower to serve as a luxury hotel, day spa, and event and meeting venue. The complex features a 15,000 SF meeting and event facility, 536 guest rooms including 64 suites, and a roof-top swimming pool. Today, the casino resort creates a modern entertainment experience within the rustic charm of a historic Gold Rush town.
