We are dedicated to engaging our clients in the process of evaluating sustainable strategies and providing the information needed to make informed, long term facility planning decisions on energy conservation, cost benefit analysis, and systems and material life cycles.
Our experience includes LEED certified buildings at the highest levels and recognition from the International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories for innovation in energy efficient design.
Sustainable Design Leadership
The members of our team share a common commitment to socially and environmentally responsive design. Collectively we have been involved with the certification of almost two dozen buildings using the LEED certification framework. In addition to that, we have design ASHRAE 90.1, ASHRAE 62.1, Green Globes, Envision, I2SL, Labs 21 Design Guide, the WELL Building Standard and The Living Building Challenge.
Innovation isn’t always about being cutting edge, but creatively applying the client’s goals and budget to create a more sustainable building.
Our approach adapts to the specific situation of the building as well as the building type. We are open to new methods and materials that delivers the best performance for the budget.
