Ameristar Casinos’ major addition to its St. Charles property elevates its status as an entertainment destination along the Missouri River. Overlooking the River and the City of St. Charles, the hotel has over 400 rooms on 25 floors and features stepped floors, a presidential suite, spa suites and a variety of other amenities.

As with any riverfront development, a host of coordination issues were addressed. PGAV served as the Architect of Record and led the coordination with multiple agencies including the Corps of Engineers St. Louis District, the Levee District, the City of St. Charles, the Missouri Gaming Commission, and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
