PGAV developed the master plan and was the architect for the Conservation Education Center and the White River Conference Center in Springfield, Missouri on the site of the original Bass Pro Shops.
The education center offers interactive classroom programs for 5th grade students who learn their curriculum through the lens of science while studying the various ecosystems in the Springfield area. The Conference Center hosts community gatherings and offers adaptable banquet and meeting spaces accommodating groups from five to 650. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and its distinctive interior celebrates the outdoors and Bass Pro Shops’ commitment to conservation.
