Murphy Building ADA Accessible with New Entrance

For the first time in the building’s history (97 years and counting!) Murphy is now handicap accessible. The new entrance designed by PGAV Architects and Confluence creates a practical front door to the University of Kansas Medical Center and grand entry to the building off of Rainbow Boulevard. In addition to the architectural changes, 11 trees and more than 2,500 shrubs and perennials were planted to landscape the entry.
