The new Hilltop Learning Center is an adaptive reuse of a former mega church which transformed the abandoned building into a community asset. In 2011, the Blue Valley School District acquired the facility, which underwent a major interior renovation and two building additions to become its early childhood education center and professional development campus.  

The facility now houses an advanced early childhood center with indoor and outdoor learning environments and a professional development center for teacher training and continuing education. The building exterior underwent minor modifications. Much of the interior was completely redesigned to include technology rich, flexible classrooms and a welcoming entrance lobby, designed to make first time families feel at home.
