Fort Hays State University’s Center for Applied Technology and Sculpture houses all of the Industrial Technology, Technology and Engineering Education, and Sculpture/Art Studio. Students have the opportunity to gather, study, and relax in the two-story glassed-in atrium area near the front entrance. At one end of the atrium concourse, there is a social café nook for Internet surfing. Two seminar classrooms round out the middle of the atrium area, which can be opened to expose a large space that will be used for symposiums, technology days, and student recruitment.
