PGAV worked closely with the Folly Theater to modernize its historic home in downtown Kansas City. This community gem – Kansas City’s oldest theater and only remaining 19th century theater – provides entertainment for audiences of all ages with spectacular shows and performances by top acts.

Improvements designed by PGAV focused on enhancing the theater experience for both performers and patrons with 21st century amenities and state-of-the-art technology. The renovation scope includes improvements to the theater’s mezzanine and orchestra lobbies, box seating, curtains, dressing rooms, restrooms, box office, lighting, prefunction improvements, graphics, signage, and wayfinding.
