The Venture Accelerator is designed to provide laboratory and office space to jump-start bioscience start-ups and grow high-tech job opportunities. The architecture responds to this mission through a forward looking building to attract entrepreneurs.

The program prioritizes flexible research labs configured to support the evolving requirements of a multiple tenant laboratory. Amenities include office space, support facilities, and collaboration spaces including a video conference center, hoteling offices, team space and social hub. The Science Gallery is an expression of the ambition and energy behind start-up science endeavors. The LEED Gold facility features lake-source heat pumps, photovoltaics and abundant daylighting. The project was recognized with a R&D Magazine Laboratory of the Year Award – High Honors.
