Following the PGAV guestroom renovations, the Westin Hotel at Crown Center was ready to re-imagine their lobby restaurant to better serve the needs of their guests and reinvigorate their business. 

The primary design concept was for the new restaurant to be continuous with the lobby.  The bar was to be relocated to allow for a coffee grab and go area to occur. The renovated restaurant was designed with flexibility in mind to accommodate the hotel’s various programming needs including breakfast buffet, bar, restaurant and grab and go uses.
