The Village of St. Peters Memory Care Facility was developed as an extension of an existing senior living campus. The 60-bed facility provides a safe and comfortable environment which enables residents to maintain as much independence as their condition allows. The design is organized into four neighborhoods, each providing 15 residents with a bedroom and bathing room which adjoins a shared living, dining, kitchen and sunroom.

The four neighborhoods are grouped around the Town Center, a centralized congregate area and service core. The Town Center provides residents with destinations, away from their neighborhood, to meet with family and friends in an indoor park, café, or music club, as well as vignettes for mental and physical exercise.
