PGAV Practice Leaders Present Folly Theater Project at LHAT 2023 National Conference

PGAV Practice Leaders Jennifer Goeke and Andrea Brundis joined colleagues from the Folly Theater, McCownGordon Construction, and Irwin Seating at the League of Historic American Theatres 2023 National Conference and Theatre Tour held in Kansas City July 16-19, 2023. The group, who worked closely together to envision, develop, and execute the highly successful Folly 2020 Capital Campaign, shared insights from the campaign with conference attendees representing historic theaters throughout the country.

PGAV worked closely with the Folly and project team members to modernize the Folly’s historic home in downtown Kansas City. This community gem - Kansas City’s oldest theater and only remaining 19th century theater - provides entertainment for audiences of all ages with spectacular shows and performances by top acts. Improvements designed by PGAV focused on enhancing the theater experience for both performers and patrons with 21st century amenities, state-of-the-art technology, and updated performance and back-of-house spaces.
